This book was written by Imam Muhammad bin Sulaiman al Jazuli.
Dalail is usually read by the Islamic community when commemorating Islamic holidays, for some areas such as in West Sumatra it is also read a few days at the event of death, after the funeral.This book is arranged by the author by number of days, from Sunday to Saturday.

The author of Dalailul Khairat is Sheikh Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Sulaiman al-Jazuli (d.

In the midst of his search, al-Jazuli met a young girl who was aware of al-Jazulis famous religiosity and was confused as to why al-Jazuli could not find pure water.The girl then spat into the well which miraculously overflowed with pure sweet water for al-Jazuli to perform ablution.
As a consequence of performing the prayer, al-Jazuli asked the means by which the girl attained a high spiritual level.
